HOLISTIC HEALING
WORKSHOPS & INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS IN PERSON ONLY

Breathwork sessions for one person, couple, family or in 8-40 people groups in a beautiful studio in Copenhagen or different venues across Europe. Transformative healing, useful daily regulating exercises, movement, meditation and mentoring all in one. Recommended as part of a regular routine.

COACHING ONLINE AND IN PERSON

Movement coaching for beginners, intermediate, advanced or professional sports level. Include elements of climbing, yoga, parkour, swimming, depending on your curiosity. We practice going beyond what you think you're capable of building a body not only useful and vital, but making you proud.

LIFE GUIDANCE ONLINE AND IN PERSON

Mentoring sessions are a part of workshops, but can be done in one to one online or offline setup. They evolve around holistic approach and depending on the person are adjusted towards support for transformation. Using all the Breathwork and movement tools we help evolve to a more honest and authentic person.

GROUP BREATHWORK WORKSHOPS

Spirit Breath workshops are 3 hour sessions in groups of 8-40 people. Currently we have 3 versions:

  • Spirit Breath — Conscious Connected Breathing by Esben Seir

  • Breath& Harmony Breathwork in a Gong bath by Esben Seir with Aiste Li

  • 3 Days Urban Meditation Retreat Breathwork grounded with meditation by Esben Seir with Niels Lyngsø

SHARED BREATH SESSIONS

In the family dynamics, we explore how presence can rebuild understanding and trust within the gender, generational gap or in complex patchwork family setting.
Together, we learn to listen with understanding, give each other space, communicate with kindness, and create a calmer, more connected rhythm at home. Creating a safe space to be yourselves and support each others evolvement.

BREATHWORK PRACTICIONER COURSE

We're planning to launch a 3 level training to deepen your breathing practices if you are a professional in any type of therapy and would like to become deepen your understanding of breath in your own practice or as a Breathwork facilitator or a Breathwork Therapist.

To start thinking about working with Breathwork you need to attend at least 10 Breathwork sessions yourself.

INDIVIDUAL MOVEMENT COACHING

Movement is a language — and in these one-on-one sessions, you learn to speak it fluently.
Through mindful exploration of strength, mobility, and flow, you’ll rediscover how the body moves when it’s free from tension and guided by breath.
Esben’s coaching blends the precision of athletic training with the awareness of yoga and natural movement, creating a practice that’s both grounding and liberating.

INDIVIDUAL MENTORING SESSIONS

Journey from breath to awareness — self-regulating breathing exercises, movement, meditation, and NADA acupuncture. Each session draws on knowledge gathered over years of exploration around the world, among local communities, Indian prophets, and Buddhist masters.
Through conversation, presence, and practice, we integrate ancient wisdom with modern understanding to guide you back to balance, clarity, and self-trust.

INDIVIDUAL BREATHWORK SESSION

In individual breathwork, we explore how conscious breathing supports regulation, emotional processing, and reconnection with the body. Through guided breath and presence, you learn to slow the nervous system, release held tension, and develop greater clarity, self-trust, and inner stability.
A safe, one-to-one space to meet yourself with care and support your own healing process.
