Individual Breathwork Session with Esben Seir

A personalized, transformative breathwork experience guided one-on-one through Esben’s original Spirit Breath method, you will be supported in accessing deeper states of awareness, emotional release, and nervous-system regulation.

In a safe, grounded space tailored to your needs, you will be guided through conscious breathing, gentle movement, and presence-based practices that help you release blockages, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with your inner vitality. The session adapts to where you are in the moment — you only process what you are ready for.

Breathwork is not a technique — it is a powerful pathway to calm, clarity, and emotional integration. Each experience is unique: some people feel profound insights, others release stored tension or find new layers of presence and ease. Esben holds the process with deep care, ensuring you feel supported throughout.

The session concludes with a moment of sharing and integration, allowing you to settle your experience and deepen awareness before returning to your day.

Important

By attending, all participants confirm that they are over 18, generally healthy, and able to take part in an emotionally and physically engaging process.


Practical Information

  • Please arrive on an almost empty stomach (no food 2–4 hours before, if possible)

  • Arrive in good time — we start promptly

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows relaxation and free movement

  • Duration is approximately 2 hours, depending on the process and integration needs

  • We recommend leaving space afterward for reflection and rest


Breathwork is NOT recommended if you:

  • Are pregnant or have given birth within the last 6 months

  • Have heart or circulatory diseases

  • Have glaucoma

  • Have asthma or epilepsy

  • Have severe psychosis or other serious mental health challenges

  • Have infectious diseases
