A Deep Breathwork Journey for Couples, Families or Friends

Shared Breath is an intimate Breathwork experience designed for two or more people who share a bond — partners, family members, or close friends — and wish to deepen connection, presence, and understanding through the breath.

Guided by Esben Seir, with more than 30 years of experience working with the body, mind, and breath, you will be introduced to his unique Spirit Breath method — a therapeutic breathwork practice that supports emotional release, clarity, and inner alignment, while also strengthening relational connection.

Through conscious breathing, gentle movement, and guided meditation, you are invited to explore the emotional body and subconscious mind — both individually and together. Breathing in a shared field often deepens trust, empathy, and a sense of being met without words.

Each experience is unique. You will only process what you are ready for, at your own pace, while being held in a safe and grounded space. The shared nature of the session often creates moments of recognition, softness, and renewed closeness.

Come with an open heart and without expectations. Breathwork can be gentle or intense, quiet or profound — always personal, meaningful, and deeply connective. Esben holds a calm and supportive container throughout the journey. We close with sharing and integration together, allowing insight and connection to settle.
