From Awareness to Freedom

This 6-part Breathwork Journey is designed as a gradual and intentional process of transformation — guiding you through a natural cycle of awareness, regulation, emotional release, expansion, embodiment, and ultimately freedom. It consists of 6 workshops held approximately once a month, creating a transformative half-year process with time for integration and steady personal growth between each session. By committing to the full journey upfront, you pay for 5 sessions and receive the final workshop — Freeing Breath — completely free. Each workshop builds upon the previous one, allowing your body, breath, and nervous system to open safely over time.

The journey follows this arc:

Awareness → Safety → Release → Expansion → Embodiment → Freedom

Creating the conditions for deeper transformation to unfold naturally through breath, presence, and consistency.

This is a general framework for the journey, but it will always be adapted and refined by Esben based on the specific group, their needs, and the natural evolution of the process over time.


Sessions:

1. Root Breath 🌱 01.09.2026 17:00-20:00

Awareness

The journey begins by coming back to the body. Root Breath is about slowing down, becoming present, and building awareness of your inner state, breathing patterns, emotions, tension, and nervous system. Before transformation can happen, awareness must come first.

This workshop creates a grounded foundation and reconnects you with the present moment through conscious breathing, body awareness, and nervous system connection.

2. Flow Breath 🌊 01.10.2026 17:00-20:00

Safety

Once awareness is established, the body begins to soften. Flow Breath focuses on creating safety within the nervous system so energy, emotions, and breath can move more freely through the body. When the body feels safe, healing becomes possible.

This session supports regulation, trust, softness, and the ability to move with life instead of resisting it.

3. Clear Breath ☁️ 22.10.2026 17:00-20:00

Release

As the body opens, stored tension and emotional patterns may begin to surface. Clear Breath is about release — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Through Breathwork and body awareness, we create space to let go of stress, suppressed emotions, limiting patterns, and accumulated tension held within the body. Not through force — but through allowing.

  • Releasing stored tension

  • Letting go of old patterns

4. Heart Breath ❤️ 03.12.2026 17:00-20:00

Expansion

Once space is created, the heart naturally begins to open. Heart Breath invites deeper connection — to yourself, your emotions, your intuition, and others. This session often brings greater openness, gratitude, compassion, emotional flow, and connection to life itself. Expansion happens naturally when resistance softens.

5. Elevate Breath ✨ 14.01.2027 17:00-20:00

Embodiment

Transformation becomes real when it can be lived — not only experienced. Elevate Breath is about integration and embodiment: bringing your awareness, healing, clarity, and energy into daily life. This session focuses on alignment between body, breath, mind, emotions, and actions. You begin to move through life from a more grounded, conscious, and elevated state.

6. Freeing Breath 🕊️ 11.02.2027 17:00-20:00

Freedom

The final journey is about liberation. Freeing Breath is an invitation to fully let go, breathe openly, and experience greater inner freedom, presence, and connection. By this stage, the body and nervous system have gradually built the capacity for deeper surrender, trust, and expansion. This workshop becomes both a celebration and a release — honouring the transformation that has unfolded throughout the journey. Freedom is returning to your true self.


Important

By attending, all participants confirm that they are over 18, generally healthy, and able to take part in an emotionally and physically engaging process.


Practical Information

  • Please arrive on an almost empty stomach (no food 2–4 hours before, if possible)

  • Arrive in good time — we start promptly

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows relaxation and free movement

  • Duration is approximately 2 hours, depending on the process and integration needs

  • We recommend leaving space afterward for reflection and rest


Breathwork is NOT recommended if you:

  • Are pregnant or have given birth within the last 6 months

  • Have heart or circulatory diseases

  • Have glaucoma

  • Have asthma or epilepsy

  • Have severe psychosis or other serious mental health challenges

  • Have infectious diseases
