Knees & Lower Back Reset

A simple morning flow designed to reconnect you to your base—freeing up the knees, hips, and lower back while restoring natural movement and breath. This sequence combines spine stretches with side-to-side squats, creating a dynamic pattern of lengthening, bending, and rotation.

As you move between positions, you open the hips, mobilise the ankles and knees, and decompress the spine. The shifting weight and depth help bring awareness and strength into the lower body, while the breath guides you deeper into each position—supporting both mobility and control.

What You Can Expect to Gain:
