In just 5–10 minutes, this mini sequence moves through gentle stretches and flowing transitions to open the hips and chest while restoring natural rotation in the spine. As the body begins to move more freely, your breathing becomes deeper and more efficient. The twisting elements softly stimulate the organs and release tension through the back and shoulders. Moving into triangle and down dog, you lengthen through the entire body—integrating everything into one smooth, connected flow.
