Start your day by reconnecting with your body through Joint Movement — a simple yet powerful practice designed to awaken and restore natural mobility. This follow-along session guides you step by step through gentle, three-dimensional movements of each joint, beginning from the feet and ankles and moving all the way up through the body to the neck. It’s a way of giving your joints the movement they rarely receive in daily life.

By moving the joints in all directions, you help:

  • Loosen stiffness in muscles and connective tissue - fascia

  • Improve circulation of lymph and fluids

  • Support healthy fascia development

  • Create a sense of openness, strength, and flow in the body

  • Make body more flexible and resilient to falls

This is a short around 10 minutes morning practice you can do before starting your day — helping you feel more present, mobile, and energised. The Joint Movement concept was developed by Esben Seir, based on decades of experience working with professional athletes, climbers, special forces, and deep exploration of human movement.
