This mentoring course is a personal journey of awareness, embodiment, and change, guided by Esben Seir over 10 sessions of around 2 hours each. We recommend to continue throughout a period of at least 3 to 12 months for best results. After finishing first 10 sessions you book another 10 separately and so on.

The work is about unlearning false beliefs and reconnecting with a kinder, clearer way of being. Through body-based practices, reflection, and presence, you are supported in finding new paths with more freedom and ease.

What We Work With

Dialogue inspired by Buddhism and Hopi philosophy
Meditation — the art of being present, here and now
Breathwork — connecting body, mind, and soul
Movement — grounding, flow, and integration
NADA Acupuncture — calming the nervous system and supporting clarity
Sound and frequency — support deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous-system regulation
Vibro board — a vibrating bed allows sound to be felt in the body, supporting grounding, body awareness, and deep integration

We cultivate gratitude, trust, forgiveness, and patience, grounded in the Buddhist principles of impermanence, non-clinging, and non-self — learning to meet life as it is, not as we wish it to be.

Through ancient meditation practices combined with modern breathwork, we soften the mind, regulate the nervous system, and return to inner balance. Transformation begins in awareness and presence — not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who you already are.
