Location: Siljangade 1–3, Lokale G5, 2300 Copenhagen S, nature, gym or your location
Time: 2-3 hours for 5 separate days. We recommend to continue throughout a period of at least 3 to 12 months for best results. After finishing first 5 sessions you book another 3, 5, 10 separately and so on.

Movement is a fundamental part of being human.

Yet most of us sit still for most of the day. Over time, the body becomes stiff, weak, and disconnected — often without us noticing. We can get away with poor or no movement for years, but eventually the consequences appear, and the way back feels long and heavy.

These individual movement sessions are designed to change that — simply, intelligently, and sustainably.

Led by Esben Seir, the sessions are adapted to the interests and possibilities of the person. Depending on what you want to explore, the sessions may include elements of yoga, parkour, climbing, athletics, free movement, and play.

This is not about pushing harder or training more.
It’s about moving better.

Many people believe that intense training a few times a week is the solution. Often, it’s not. Wrong or excessive training can lead to injury, frustration, or loss of motivation. Instead, we work with the idea of daily movement — short, effective practices that build a strong foundation and keep the body open and resilient.
