A Breathwork Journey of Reflection, Intention & New Beginnings

As the year draws to a close, we naturally find ourselves standing between what has been and what is yet to come. December is more than an ending—it is a doorway. A moment to pause, reflect, and choose how you wish to move forward.

Doorway Breath is an invitation to cross that threshold with intention. Through Spirit Breath, gentle movement, and guided meditation, we create space to slow down, integrate the experiences of the past year, and reconnect with what truly matters before stepping into a new chapter.

Rather than rushing into resolutions or looking ahead too quickly, we begin by becoming fully present. We acknowledge what we've learned, honour what we've overcome, and gently release anything we no longer need to carry. Every ending contains the seed of a new beginning. By creating space within ourselves, we become more open to possibility, clarity, and the life waiting to unfold.

Together, we breathe between the chapters—grounded in gratitude, connected to the present, and open to whatever comes next.

Every new chapter begins by consciously walking through the doorway that is already open before you. 🚪✨


What You Can Expect to Gain

Important

By attending, all participants confirm that they are over 18, generally healthy, and able to take part in an emotionally and physically engaging process.


Practical Information

  • Please arrive fasting (no food 2–4 hours before, if possible)

  • Arrive in good time — we start promptly

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows relaxation and free movement

  • Duration is approximately 3 hours, depending on the process and integration needs

  • We recommend leaving space afterward for reflection and rest


Breathwork is NOT recommended if you:

  • Are pregnant or have given birth within the last 6 months

  • Have heart or circulatory diseases

  • Have glaucoma

  • Have asthma or epilepsy

  • Have severe psychosis or other serious mental health challenges

  • Have infectious diseases
