New You Breath is not about New Year’s resolutions or forcing change.
It is about creating real space for clarity, direction, peace, and freedom — through the body and the breath.

Join this immersive breathwork workshop guided by Esben Seir, who brings more than 30 years of experience working with the body, mind, and breath. You will be guided through his unique Spirit Breath method — a deep, therapeutic breathwork practice that supports emotional release, presence, and inner alignment.

Through conscious connected breathing, gentle movement, and guided meditation, we work with the emotional body and the subconscious mind. This process allows stored tension, patterns, and old stories to loosen — making room for new perspectives, creativity, calm, and renewed inner strength.

Each journey is different. You will never be pushed beyond what you are ready to meet. Breathwork gives you exactly what you need — not what you think you want.

Come with an open heart and without expectations. The experience may be intense or gentle, quiet or profound — always personal, always meaningful. Esben holds a safe, grounded, and supportive space throughout the entire process.
We close the session with sharing in a small circle to support integration.

By attending, you confirm that you are over 18 years old, generally healthy, and able to participate in a physically and emotionally engaging process.


Practical Information

• Limited number of spots to ensure presence and individual support
• Please arrive on an almost empty stomach (no food 2–4 hours before, if possible)
• Arrive in good time — we start promptly
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement
• Duration is approximately 4 hours, depending on the group’s process and integration needs

We recommend leaving space afterward for reflection and rest.
