A Breathwork Journey of Presence & Reset

The first days of the year carry a quiet stillness. After movement, celebration, and reflection, there is finally space to arrive again in the body.

The First Breath is an invitation to slow everything down and return to yourself. Through Spirit Breath, gentle movement, or guided meditation, we regulate the nervous system, release lingering tension from the transition between years, and reconnect with clarity and inner steadiness.

Rather than doing more or becoming more, we focus on simply being here. Allowing the breath to settle, the mind to quiet, and the body to reorient itself after the shift into a new cycle. This is a moment of grounding after momentum. A space to reset your system, restore balance, and reconnect with a natural sense of ease.

Together, we create space to land fully in the present—calm, clear, and connected.

Sometimes the most powerful place to start is not forward—but inward. 🌬️✨

Important

By attending, all participants confirm that they are over 18, generally healthy, and able to take part in an emotionally and physically engaging process.


Practical Information

  • Please arrive fasting (no food 2–4 hours before, if possible)

  • Arrive in good time — we start promptly

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows relaxation and free movement

  • Duration is approximately 3 hours, depending on the process and integration needs

  • We recommend leaving space afterward for reflection and rest


Breathwork is NOT recommended if you:

  • Are pregnant or have given birth within the last 6 months

  • Have heart or circulatory diseases

  • Have glaucoma

  • Have asthma or epilepsy

  • Have severe psychosis or other serious mental health challenges

  • Have infectious diseases
